    Recommend it for families seeking a nice stay

    The staff went way beyond my expectations, especially Mr Ritesh who was genuinely concerned about our comfort and even played with my pet to ease our worries. We were surprised with a special birthday cake for my son, made the celebration even more special and personal at the hotel.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.

    a wide range of options for marvellous breakfast. exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe double room, plus a mini fridge bar and coffee/tea making machines. great location in the main garden area where we have chairs put up around the fire place and nice area.

    A charming colonial escape

    Waking up each morning to the enchanting gardens and enjoying the evening bonfire made our family reunion lovely. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful.

    The exorbitant prices for laundry and bar drinks caught us off guard, diminishing the overall value of our stay. The food could also use some improvement.

    The fire set in your room each night is just one of the many ways in which your stay here is made special. A delightful experience in every way.

    Minibar was in fact an empty fridge, so any bar goodies must be ordered by telephone, and delivery may take a few minutes so think ahead.

    The location was excellent, Suite were great and comfortable and cozy. Food was delicious. The play area fro kids was perfect and my 14 month old daughter had the best time in the garden area with the toys, the swings, etc.

    The service was not at all what was expected of a hotel like Taj. All the customers are not treated the same. The same old saying, only if you shout you gets things done. This was not expected in Taj but unfortunately to get any service we had to resort the the same.

    The Savoy - IHCL SeleQtions is beautifully situated in a serene location that is still conveniently close to the town center. the hotel has recently undergone refurbishment, offering spacious rooms equipped with a modern bathroom, mini-bar, and tea and coffee making facilities, along with a cozy seating area. the views overlooking the garden are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for relaxation.

    A nice size rooms, thanks for outstanding stay!!!

    This family-friendly hotel is equal to 4 stars. The breakfast is above average, offered with South Indian dishes and juices. The location is picturesque and best possible, 3 miles from a landscaped garden. The property provides an EXCELLENT service. Parking is on site. Every time we stay in Udagamandalam, like to stay here.
